Sunflower Fae

Meet Abigail... the Sunflower Fae by Scrap 'n Dipity, a sponsor at Creative Moments Challenge #138. This challenge is ongoing until Monday, March 19, 2018 at 7:00 pm USA Eastern Daylight Time. Until I saw this image I was unaware that a "Fae" is a young and mischievous faery. Here in the USA, we would probably just say, "A young and mischievous fairy."

Please visit our blog and consider joining in for a chance to win a prize. This challenge is Anything Goes with an optional twist to create a feminine card. Feel free to recognize International Women's Day, which occurred on March 8.

The image, along with extra sunflowers, was downloaded, resized, colored and fussy cut, then adhered to a matted cardstock frame. Onto a card base, a panel of cardstock and a panel of paper were adhered along with the gold ribbon. The frame with image was adhered using foam tape for dimension. Two of the spare sunflowers were also added to the card front. A sentiment is not included but can easily be added in the future. The inside of the card was lined with cardstock and decorated with the remaining spare sunflower.
