Plain and Fancy CAS

Today's card is for Color My Heart: Color Dare #182. I named it "Plain and Fancy" because of the fancy flourishes in the background and the somewhat plain circles used to decorate it. I wanted it to be clean and simple so purposely did not use a sentiment. The card can be used merely for catching up on correspondence or perhaps an occasion.

On a panel of white cardstock, the flourishes were stamped. The circles were die cut and hole punched in various ways and backed with foam tape to pop them up for Dimension. Touches of Glossy Accents were added randomly. The panel was adhered to another panel and then to a card base. The inside of the card was decorated with stamped flourishes.

  1. I don't know about plain, but fancy yes. Great CAS card and love the color combination you used :) Love your personalized background stamped design paper...real pretty card. The circles almost look like they could spin. Thanks for joining Color Dare again this week, and next week look forward to another great combination of colors for Spring.
