Joyful Birthday
Tic-tac-toe challenges are usually fun... this one is unique because I was able to select the row of my choice and then add other colors from the grid. This is the Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #315 beginning on October 19 and running for two weeks. I used the center column - Willow, Gold, Candy Apple - but I also have Lemon, Mint and Black in my background paper.
A panel of colorful butterfly paper was adhered to a black card base. Two additional panels of patterned paper were backed with black cardstock and adhered. One of the panels was stamped with a sentiment. A strip of gold glitter paper, also backed with black, was adhered across the panel. A die was used to cut a bow from coordinating paper, backed with another die cut bow in white glimmer paper. The doubled bow was adhered to the gold strip. Pearls were added to finish off the card front. The inside was lined with white cardstock and decorated with patterned paper.
We welcome everyone to Color My Heart Color Dare #315. Don't be concerned if you cannot match the colors exactly. Check your stash and use the closest match you can find.
