Winter Wonderland Ornaments
Sketch challenges are such great inspiration. This holiday card is the first of two I made for the challenge. The second card can be seen HERE. This card was designed using a sketch that I turned on its side. I think there are a lot of possibilities using this layout. Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #382 starts on Tuesday, October 23 and runs for two weeks. The sketch is the basic challenge but the optional theme is to use die cuts. Creating a Christmas card is not required.
Original Sketch Turned Sketch
Onto a white card base, a panel of pink glitter cardstock was adhered. Next, a panel of glossy holographic paper with the words, Winter Wonderland, was adhered. When photographed, holographic papers may reflect other colors. Using dies, the ornaments and foliage were cut from cardstock in pink and silver glitter and silver foil along with Lost Lagoon cardstock. The elements were adhered consistent with the turned sketch. The inside was decorated with leftover foliage die cuts.
Please come by the TSOT Challenge Blog #382 and review our challenge. We'd love to see your designs!

Melanie - Sorry I'm late, but your card is just so pretty, I wanted to let you know how I like the berries die cut overlaying the ornaments on your card. I need to get more creative like this!!! Thanks for the inspiration! -Donna
