Balloon Wreath Shaker

Today's card was made for Challenge #149 at Creative Moments Challenge Blog. The theme is to make a shaker card.

Using a digital stamp and the sentiment from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles, the images were downloaded and resized. Printed on a panel of blue cardstock to give the look of sky, additional free balloon clip art was added. A fine black pen was used to follow the lines of the balloon strings. A circle was die cut into the center of the balloon wreath to create the shaker. The blue panel was matted with another panel of cardstock and then adhered with foam tape to a white card base.
